Logging objects fail to be created during clusterlogging deployment

Issue

Pods creation fail at the openshift-logging project even while following the logging documentation. Right after creating the clusterlogging operator, it fails with the following message:

Failed: install failed: deployment cluster-logging-operator not ready before timeout: deployment "cluster-logging-operator" exceeded its progress deadline

Checking project events, error Error creating: unable to parse requirement: found '', expected: '=' is repeatedly posted.
