Openshift Broker service does not start after 'yum update'

Issue

Openshift Broker service does not start after 'yum update' and throws below error :

[root@broker ~]# /etc/init.d/openshift-broker restart
Stopping openshift-broker: (already stopped)               [  OK  ]
Starting openshift-broker: chown: cannot access `Gemfile.lock': No such file or directory
Bundle failed
Run 'bundle install --local' in /var/www/openshift/broker/ to see the problem.
