Issue

I am connecting to XDMCP server configured on RHEL6 box from Windows system
I am using X server software on Windows system like for example Xming, Cygwin
Running system-config-users command (based on consolehelper) shows below error

No protocol specified

Traceback (most recent call last):
...

RuntimeError: could not open display
