  • When trying to deploy bundle in JBoss ON the following exception is logged:
ERROR [org.jboss.system.server.profileservice.repository.ProfileDeployAction] (main) Failed to add deployment: myApp.war
org.jboss.deployers.spi.DeploymentException: Error determining structure: myApp.war

Why is this failing?

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (JON) 3.1.2
  • deploying bundle where deploy.xml recipe contains the following line:
<rhq:file name="myApp.war" destinationFile="/jboss/apps/myApp.war" replace="true" />
