Mouse Button switch for left hand mouse is not working with 'xmodmap'
Issue
- Running below command to configure left hand mouse for a particular user and it is not working
$ xmodmap -e "pointer 3 2 1 4 5"
- Command returns no error but there is no expected effect of it
- "Use Left Hand Mouse" option in Gnome and KDE has same behavior
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
