Red Hat Certificate System migration, request id restart from number 1
Issue
During a migration procedure from Red Hat Certificate System (RHCS) version 7.1 to version 8.0, the request id restart from number 1 when submited a new request, while it is expected to increment after the existing number of migrated requests.
How can we set this value to the previous latest number?
