Not able to generate subscriptions report based on organizations using report template in Red Hat Satellite 6

Issue

• While generating the report of Subscriptions from Red Hat Satellite 6 Web UI using a Subscription report template the Red Hat Satellite generates a report of all the subscriptions that are present in all the organizations.
• Not able to generate the Subscription report for a particular organization. No matter which organization is assigned to the report template.
