Jobs scheduled in the Satellite WebUI are not being picked up until an hour after the scheduled time

Issue

  • The Satellite WebUI is using the Australia/Eastern Daylight timezone.
  • When we schedule a job, there is a one hour delay on scheduled job.
  • This issue started when daylight savings started on October 6th.
  • The system time on the Satellite and client is correct.

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
