Ceph rbd map cloned image failed with error "rbd: map failed: (6) No such device or address"

Issue

• rbd map cloned image failed with error "rbd: map failed: (6) No such device or address" although the cloned image has disabled those unsupported features:

In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try "dmesg | tail".
