Smooks warnings "Predicate Evaluators for resource [...] is null. XPath step predicates will not be evaluated." after upgrading SOA-P 5

Issue

• We upgraded Smooks library from 1.2.5 to 1.4.2 along with our SOA upgrade from 5.1.0 to 5.3.1.
• After the upgrade we see constant warnings as following:

XPath step predicates will not be evaluated.
