The search function is failing on the Red Hat 3scale SaaS Admin Portal

Issue

• The search feature on the Developers tab is not working correctly and it will not even return a result for a record that I'm looking at.
• I noticed that search functionality in Account Listings is not working with any type of input such as name, email, App Id, this makes finding customers applications way harder.
• The search bar isn't working - Yielding no results when I attempt to search with Account ID/Name/Email Address when I know there is an account.
