When a method is disabled APIcast returns 403 error instead of 429 error
Issue
- When a method is disabled and we make a request to the endpoint with the disabled method we expect to get 429 error from APIcast. However now with 3scale 2.6 using the same scenario we are getting 403 error from APIcast.
