- A RHEV VM started having issues. It was suddenly crashing and the VM state in RHEV M was "down".
- The VM started fine on another host, but after some time, the same thing happened again. Eventually, the VM would no longer start.
- There are no cores generated on the hosts when trying to start the VM (nor for the past crashes).
