System could not allocate memory using Huge Pages after sybase restart

Issue

• After following application instructions; we could not allocate memory using Huge Pages. Allocated using regular pages. For better performance, reboot the server after configuring enough Huge Pages. We have setup everything needed for hugepages, when sybase starts first time, all is good using hugepages. Not sure what happened later, the SWAP is 100% and need investigation why the memory is not locked.
