Adding web headers to events when publishing from event_pipeline.yaml in ceilometer

Issue

• We are looking at publising events from our OpenStack cluster to an application that can filter these.

• This application will happily receive the ceilometer events in json format, so all good there.

• However we need to authenticate to this application using web headers.

• Is it possible to add web headers to each event that is sent over http/https from ceilometer using event_pipline.yaml ?

• If so, could you please explain how this can be done as I cannot find any documentation on this anywhere
