Local time such as KST or any other region's of RHEL 6.x guest or instance on RHEV Hosts or RHOSP compute nodes are distinguished from about 9 hours.

Issue

RHEV Hosts and RHOSP compute node set the time to KST, guest or instance are installed with RHEL 6.x. Also they set the time to KST. when guest or instance had rebooted, time of them shown as KST but marked that had reflected UTC. So, guest or instance's time changed again as UTC. then it's time is faster than Host's one about 9 hours.

RHEV Hosts or RHOSP compute node set the time to KST
$ date
Fri Oct 10:00:00 KST 2013

$ cat /etc/sysconfig/clock
ZONE="Asia/Seoul"

Guest or instance is installed with RHEL 6.x ( x86_64 )
$ date
Fri Oct 01:00:00 KST 2013

$ cat /etc/sysconfig/clock
ZONE="Asia/Seoul"

Red Hat Enterprise Virutlization Host.
REd Hat OpenStack Platform compute node.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x for guest or instance.
