Satellite 6 inventory upload output file is not able to be parsed correctly

Issue

• Red Hat Inventory Uploader not generating parseable inventory reports
• JSON data generated by the inventory tar file is sometimes not parsable
• If the JSON output contains a number of commas and spaces the parsing will be incorrect.
• The Inventory Upload output file JSON is not parsed correctly.
• An error is returned when parsing the Inventory Upload output file.
