ceph-rados: Incorrect nearfull warnings in RHCS 4
Issue
- Ceph status show 'HEALTH_WARN nearfull osd(s)' even though the OSDs has not reached "nearfull_ratio"
- In an RHCS 4 cluster, while backfilling is happening OSDs get marked as nearfull, even though they have not reached 'nearfull_ratio'.
- Is this expected? Are we using some projection to determine the OSD usage?
