Receiving "Validation failed: This package filter rule already exists" in Satellite when creating filters for content views for packages having the same version but a different architecture

Issue

• Content view filter won't allow multiple filters with different architecture
• Adding a filter rule for the same RPM name with different architectures fails.
• I cannot create a content view filter rule for different architectures.
