When changing parent channel to or from RHEL 6.4.z RHN Tools child channel does not follow

Issue

  • When you change from 6.2.z to 6.3.z or 6.3.z to 6.2.z and have the the system subscribed to the RHN Tools channel it follows. However if changing a parent from anything to 6.4.z or from 6.4.z to any other point release the RHN Tools child channel does NOT follow.

Environment

  • Red Hat Network Satellite 5.5
