OpenShift Container Platform 4.3.10 update is failing as openshift/oauth-proxy ImageStream can't be created

Issue

  • We are seeing some cluster configuration is invalid when updating to OpenShift 4.3.10. Checking the openshift-cluster-version operator we can see that openshift/oauth-proxy can't be created.
