Is there a way for JBoss to kill or timeout long-running requests or application threads?
Issue
- An application generates long-running threads, which then consume all of the CPU processing in the server. Is there a way that JBoss can be configured to kill these long-running threads after a specific timeout?
- Does JBoss have a request timeout that limits their execution time?
