Installation of Hypervisor fails: failed to establish session with host

Issue

• Installing a RHV Host fails with:

WARN  [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.hostdeploy.AddVdsCommand] (default task-2047) [26e12c3c-059e-434e-ba3c-e51369bc8b56] Validation of action 'AddVds' failed for user admin@internal. Reasons: VAR__ACTION__ADD,VAR__TYPE__HOST,$server 192.168.0.1,VDS_CANNOT_CONNECT_TO_SERVER

• In the hypervisors logs, the following is seen at the same time the SSH fails:

sshd[68742]: Unable to negotiate with 192.168.0.100 port 38278: no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-rsa [preauth]
