Error while creating ServiceMeshControlPlane resource

Issue

When creating a ServiceMeshControlPlane resource the following error appears:

"Internal error occurred: admission plugin "ValidatingAdmissionWebhook" failed to complete validation in xx s"

OR

admission webhook "smcp.validation.maistra.io" denied the request: service mesh may not be installed in the same project/namespace as the operator

No ServiceMeshControlPlane resource is created.
