Custom Elasticsearch Persistent Volume Claim is not created

Issue

• The cluster inventory file defines a custom PVC storage class via the ansible variable openshift_logging_es_pvc_storage_class_name
• After executing the openshift-logging/config.yml playbook the custom storage class is not applied, the PVC is always created with the standard storageclass
