Unable to locate HornetQ Resource Adapter in JBoss Enterprise Application Platform

Issue

The HornetQ EAP installer that was provided by Redhat (jboss-eap-hornetq-5.1.0-installer.zip) is missing the resource adapter file (hornetq-ra.rar). We need this resource adapter file to enable connectivity between a J2EE application server (Sun Glassfish) and HornetQ.
