fence_vmwarefails with connection error:
# fence_vmware_soap --action=status --ip=192.168.2.10 --username=root --password=P@ssw0rd --plug=PRDESBEMS02
fence_vmware_helper returned Cannot connect to server!
VMware error:Error connecting to server at 'https://192.168.2.10/sdk/webService': Connection refused
