ModemManager is falling to back to pppd instead of QMI
Issue
- ModemManager doesn't detect the modem as QMI-capable and takes up
pppd. - Unplug and plug the modem multiple times which will result in not detecting in
QMImode.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux(RHEL) 7
- ModemManager
- Sierra WP760x Modem
- QMI(raw_ip)
