Unable to view Process Definitions or Process Instances in Business-Central/Decision Central
Issue
- Newly created user via Business-Central is able to log in but is not able to view Process Definitions/Process Instances or Tasks

When trying to view/manage Process Definitions the following error message is shown:
Invalid credentials to load data from remote server. Contact your system administrator.
Environment
- Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7
- Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) 7
- Business-Central and Process Server (kie server) are installed on two different JVMs;
- Two pods - one for Business-Central and the other for Process Server;
- New user is created via Business/Decision Central and got the following roles assigned:
admin,rest-allandkie-server;
