Unable to view Process Definitions or Process Instances in Business-Central/Decision Central

Issue

  • Newly created user via Business-Central is able to log in but is not able to view Process Definitions/Process Instances or Tasks
  • When trying to view/manage Process Definitions the following error message is shown:

    Invalid credentials to load data from remote server. Contact your system administrator. 
    

Environment

  • Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7
  • Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) 7
  • Business-Central and Process Server (kie server) are installed on two different JVMs;
  • Two pods - one for Business-Central and the other for Process Server;
  • New user is created via Business/Decision Central and got the following roles assigned: admin, rest-all and kie-server;
