Unable to retrieve facts via the Satellite API api/fact_values endpoint on non-admin account

Issue

When trying to retrieve certain facts for all hosts via the fact_values endpoint, while this works with admin acocunt,, it does not work with a non-admin one. This is happening even despite the account having the view_facts permission.
