Satellite 6 slower and less stable after patching

Issue

• After using yum to update or install one or more Satellite 6 components or dependencies, Satellite 6 becomes slower and less stable.
• After using yum to patch many of the packages on a Satellite 6 server, some of which include one or more Satellite 6 components or dependencies, Satellite 6 becomes slower and less stable.
