Why didn't CDROM device detect on Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual machine in RHEL6.4?

Issue

Installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 on Microsoft Hypervisor, during installation, the CDROM was detected, but post installation, not able to see /dev/cdrom or /dev/sr0 available.
Also,there is no CD-ROM information in dmesg.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Machine.
