Compute Nodes Ethernet Interface

Issue

• The two compute nodes are the same type of servers but Openstack gives different names to corresponding Ethernet interfaces, which caused the overcloud deploy failure.

• One of the compute interfaces naming is eth2 and eth3:

• They are the same type of servers. overcloud-novacompute-0 has the 10G as a plug-in card without connection right now. overcloud-novacompute-1 does not have the plug-in card. This used to work well with RHOSP14 but behavior changed with RHOSP15/RHEL8.x as the devices are no longer called "eno1" or "eno2" but "eth0" or "eth1".
