RHV host goes non-operational after an upgrade.

A newly-installed RHV host goes non-operational.

Both of the above occurred with RHEL 7.7 as the RHV host.

Gluster storage domain exists in the Data Center (DC).

- vdsm-4.30.38-1.el7ev.x86_64
- ioprocess-1.3.0-1.el7ev.x86_64
- glusterfs-6.0-29.el7rhgs.x86_64
