Kickstart Installation fails with error message "(28, `Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transfered the last 30 seconds`)"
Issue
- Installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 using kickstart network installation method.
- Installation fails with the following messages on console.

WARNING : Failed to get http://192.168.0.254/rhel6/Packages/oxygen-theme-4.3.4-2.el6.noarch.rpm from mirror 1/1, or downloaded file is corrupt
