Having Issues with smart state analysis? Getting No eligible proxies for VM :[[vm_vauto_dev01_ds08] vatdcache01/vatdcache01.vmx] - [No active SmartProxies found to analyze this VM], aborting job [f52f1d2e-0442-11e3-b0d0-00505697001a].

Have double checked everything we know related to zones, configs, host credentials and cannot see anything wrong. There are some anomalies in the UI related to this as well. The smart proxy worker also showed almost no CPU time.
