Activating ceph-nfs in an already deployed environment

Issue

We are deploying manila at one already deployed Openstack 13 (test environment), that was upgraded from an Openstack 10. We are trying to follow instructions from CEPH-Install but there are several difficulties in matching information with what we already have, especially regarding network information and enabling of ceph-nfs service.
