rpm and ssh commands are not working after nss package was upgraded

Issue

• rpm and ssh commands not working after nss package was upgraded.
• Package was upgraded to nss-3.14.3-4.el6_4.x86_64.rpm.
• Not able to downgrade or upgrade any packages as getting the below error on any rpm related command

$ rpm -qa | grep -i nss
rpm: /usr/lib64/libnssutil3.so: version `NSSUTIL_3.13' not found (required by /usr/lib64/libnss3.so)
rpm: /usr/lib64/libnssutil3.so: version `NSSUTIL_3.14' not found (required by /usr/lib64/libnss3.so)
