introspection is not returning the numa_toplogy information

Issue

• When we run introspection, we dont get information related to numa_topology:

null

• The server model is Lenovo RS650 but we were also able to reproduce this issue in NUMA-Aware VMs.

• We're trying to deploy SR-IOV enabled compute nodes which is failing at Mistral workflow due to the missing numa_topology information:

(Workflow execution is failed: Role 'ComputeSriov': Introspection data does not have numa_topology.cpus)
