RHEV 3.2 Storage Pool Manager becomes unresponsive while ArithmeticException is logged

Issue

  • RHEV data center's SPM enters 'Not Responding' or 'Non Operational' error states and doesn't recover until the node is rebooted
    • Hosts other than the SPM may also occasionally enter error states
  • engine.log contains frequent messages like:
