Issue

We are not able to delete or create applications and rhc commands are reporting NilClass error :

$ rhc apps
Unable to complete the requested operation due to: undefined method `categories' for nil:NilClass.
Reference ID: UUID

We also tried rhc setup which returns the same :

$ rhc setup
