How can I install Fuse Online without demo app/data ?

Issue

• I installed Fuse Online according to the following instructions: integrating_applications_with_fuse_online
• When installed this way it is installed with demo data (sampleDB) and demo app (ToDo app) and a preconfigured connector to the demo database.
• How can I install Fuse Online without the demo data and demo app?
• The closest thing I could find is in the configmap syndesis-server-config in the application.yml:

deployment:
  load-demo-data: false

• But as this is already default set to false it does not have any effect apparently.
