Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.6

Issue

  • Clients registered to the Red Hat Satellite-6 server shows Invalid date under Registered and Last Checkin columns when Navigate to Hosts -> Content Hosts

Resolution

  • Navigate to the Satellite WebUI,

    • From top right side --> Admin user --> My account --> Under Users Tab check forTimezone --> Select Browser timezone
  • Run the following command on satellite to reimport the UI details.

 #  foreman-rake katello:reimport --trace

NOTE: If katello:reimport command fails, kindly refer to the KB Article.

  • Refresh the WebUI and check the time.

  • Verify the same on multiple browsers if the issue persists for all browsers.
