Upgrade of RHEVM 3.1.5 to RHEVM 3.2.2 is Failing with "Reason: Could not run transaction."
Issue
During the upgrade of Red Hat Virtualization Manager the process fails with the following :

Backing Up Database... [ DONE ]
Rename Database... [ DONE ]
Updating rpms... [ ERROR ]
**Error: Upgrade failed, rolling back**
**Reason: Could not run transaction.**
Restoring CA... [ DONE ]
Restoring Database... [ DONE ]
Rolling back rpms...
Starting ovirt-engine service... [ DONE ]
Starting DB related services... [ DONE ]
Error: Upgrade failed.
