Unable to modify/archive clusters from Red Hat Openshift Cluster Manager Portal (cloud.redhat.com)

Issue

• While experimenting with different PoC and test environments of OpenShift 4, we now have a total of 8 Clusters in the Red Hat Cloud Manager with 6 of them not existing anymore.

• We do not have the installation files for those 6 clusters anymore to remove them using the installer and when trying to use the "Archive Cluster" option we get the following error message:

Error archiving clusterError: Network ErrorOperation ID: N/A

• How would we go about deleting those old clusters?
