Column sorting options should be consistent across all pages in WebUI on Red Hat Satellite 6.

Issue

• Column sorting options on WebUI operate and looks different on all pages.

  Example:   Administer >> Locations - name can be sorted, but hosts can not and the name is in blue color and provides a hint that it has a function.  
                     Host >> Host Collections - cannot sort by the number of hosts and even if the name can be sorted its in not blue in color, hover on it to realize that it has a function.
