Emails sent to the developers are being received back on Red Hat 3scale API Management

Issue

We recently changed over the email address in the "reply to" field to email@mydomain.com, so we updated our 3scale email templates accordingly. Since that's occurred, the email@mydomain.com address is receiving 100's of these email alerts directly, which are intended for numerous different customer accounts active in our 3scale org. These should be sending to the email of the customer account, not to the email address email@mydomain.com.
