Nested host groups don't return values for inherited parameters via the API

Issue

• Nested hostgroups and REST API behaviour not as expected
• When a child hostgroup is created that inherits everything from a certain parent, the API does not return the expected values for the child.
• Inherited values from a nested hostgroup are missing when querying via the API
