Ability to set a global default theme and a custom welcome theme via environment variables on the RH-SSO Openshift image

- I need to add custom themes (welcome theme and default theme) via environments variables (such as
KEYCLOAK_DEFAULT_THEME,KEYCLOAK_WELCOME_THEME) while using the official RH-SSO Openshift image. How to achieve this?
