One of Emulex HBA card not detected.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Three identical HP DL580 G7's with Emulex HBA's in PCI slots 6 and 7. The card in slot 7 is fully available but slot 6 isn't being picked up by the PCI subsystem.

I can see both cards when queried through dmidecode...

but not through lspci...
